During IBM's Design Bootcamp program, our team created a consumable front-end interface for a breakthrough AI technology that changes the way chemical and material scientists conduct research.
We harnessed IBM's breakthrough cognitive deep-search technology by designing a search engine that introduces a concept-based search paradigm. This allows researchers to view an entire ecosystem of results so they can identify trends and connections before opening a single article.
Our 3-month journey led to a presentation to Fortune Magazine and a product pitch to the CEO of IBM and several Senior Vice Presidents across IBM's business units.

As the only user experience researcher on the team, I led technical and experiential requirements gathering, recruiting and interviewing subject matter experts, designing and executing usability tests, and gathering qualitative and quantitative metrics to present to IBM’s most senior executives.
